Default Power problem with 2005 blob sti

Hi I have a 2005 blob sti with supporting mods
MD321T
Performance headers
3" japspeed decat turbo back system
650cc injectors
255 fuel pump

Car went in for mapp Friday and was pulling 360bhp at 1.3bar but continued to be the same all way to 1.7 only could get 360bhp and 290lbs... Anyone have any ideas?
Should be getting at least 420bhp and 380lbs

Something's not right , 0.4 bar boost increase with no power gain?

Boost leak?
Turbo issue?

Who was the mapper, Did he not have any comments or thoughts as to why it was not performing?

Turbo spooling fine no boost leaks. Timing all fine. Had both belts off to check. Mapper is Andy in Darwen. Car still with him now. He's great mapper really knows his stuff. Andy is keeping car for weeks see if he can find problem. Just seeing if anyone else on here has had same problem so can check if it's that

Don't know an Anthony but I do know an Andy that works out of cams which is in Darwin with Brian now and again.

It's down quite a bit too as you said should be in the 400's on bhp with decent torque, 290 is about 100lbft down on what it should be doing.
