The first thing you need to do is return your actuator to the normal position, then get a remap. You risk boost spikes with the actuator too tight. You would only do that in conjunction with a remap, even then it's not normally necessary.

ive owned lots of turbo cars and a re-tightening of the actuator wont hurt as its probably a little worn and loose from 9 years old and 96k on the clock.

so what power is it running?

My wrx I've just bought is 10 years old and still runs the same wastegate pressure it came out of the factory with...

Without your car being remapped......240-250?

If I wanted to know the power of a modified car I'd go to a rolling road rather than asking a web forum!

I think what everyone one is trying to tell you is Scoob's are very sensative to changes to them without re-mapping. I've seen lot's of engines destroyed just because they have been de-catted and not re-mapped. Don't try fiddling with it yourself, trust me it's an expensive mistake. Old style turbo systems with a more manual boost control can be fiddled with these can't! Get it to a good mapper who will be able to ensure it's safe and get some extra grunt from it.
