I got mine from a local motor factor for just under £50

Tbh the only question he asked me was if it was a three wire or two, and as far as I can see that's the only difference

He reckoned that they all had the same thread diameter, and the ONLY difference was 3 or 2 wires

correct if you want a universal one. dependent on car make and model could have 2,3,4 or even 5 wires. normally the uni ones dont have a plug on them so require a little soldering

The one I got had the same coloured wires, but no plug

But I managed to use a small terminal screw driver and remove the wires from the old plug, the new ones then just push into place inside the old plug.

i have a brand new boxed Bosch LS02 in the house i no longer require, and yep the wires are the same colouring, 2 black & 1 white. and yep its the correct one for your car as i have an MY99 also. £30 delivered.

with the universal one you meant to cut plug of your old senor and fit onto new senor. or like steve-ex-vauxhall says you might get the plug on without any chopping of wires.
