Default Starting/cold running issues.

Hi all,
On starting from cold the car fires up as normal but struggles to idle. Feather the throttle a few times and it idles normally.
Start driving the car and it is hesitant until it warms up.
And with hard acceleration it often reaches fuel/boost cut.

Not a pleasant driving experience at the moment.

Car is a 96 STI.

Any ideas gratefully received.

Many thanks,
Jason.

I am aware of the MAF, i removed it and cleaned it but no difference.

What and where is the CTS?

How do you test both?

Thanks
