Default Fuel pressure regulator advice needed please

hi all, firstly id just like to say that i have searched so much on here for an answer to this , but the search brings up every thread which mentions 'fpr' or 'fuel pressure regulator', and 99% of the time you go into the thread and its just mentioned briefly in 1 post

anyway, the time has come to buy a fuel pressure regulator for my blobeye wrx. i had my eyes on a HRC one to match up to the HRC fuel pump, but theyve vanished off ebay and aren't replying to my PM's. what i'm needing to know is which are reputable regulators, and which should i avoid?

im going down the vf35 route and aiming for around 320-330bhp if thats relevant

thanks in advance

Andy

i read somewhere that if you run the factory regulator on an uprated fuel pump and bigger injectors, you are constantly working the regulator above its normal operating level and can be risky.

appreciate the comment though, keep them coming

yes im going to be using STI pinks

the fuel pressure rises in relation to boost so is always working. Bigger injectors snd fuel pump wont make it work any harder. The
o/e regulator on the new age cars are very good
