Hi, Went to start the car this morning and all i got a strange noise like a roller skate wheel going round, when i tried to start it a second time i got the same noise where if the car is running and you accidently turn the ignition key again,
Is this a starter motor problem or something else?

 

Sounds like starter motor to me, it sound like its not engaging with the flywheel and just spinning
