hi everyone

i am buuilding a cdb for my classic fully forged it just wanting to confirm i have everything for a good strong engine

cdb cleaned etc
sti 8 crank
mahle pistons conrods etc
12mm rcm oil pump
steel headgaskets
v5 reconditioned heads
gaasket set
new water and timing belt
light weight pulleys (gfb)
exedy carbon twin plate clutch

inlet manifoled with 440cc injectors
front mount
vf43 turbo
decat downpipe
decat centre pipe
headers
255 hrc fuel pump

tek 2 ecu (going to be mapped by andy carr)

#is there anything else i may have missed...as i have been itching to get this on the road lol

some threebond for where its needed, some engine assembly lube for the crank assembly along with plastiguage to check you have have the correct clearance,i dont see any mention of the shells or arp head bolts now, gasket set is a bit vague will you be using a new block bolt set and bottom end gasket set,top end set

 

new modine. i would allow some money for incidentals that you always forget about. seals, bolts, belts, guides,filters, oil, tubing, cable ties, tensioners etc etc ad nauseum. trust me it will happen.

 

Basically the block was sent off to be forged it came back with all the internals assembled therfore have the block built up... In regards to the assembly of the block am sure my mechanic will be asking me to provide the extras of the lube etc lol...

I forgot to mention have sti pink oil filter... 15.50w mobil oil .... Ngk spark plugs .. Full timing belt kit

Oh yea thanks gp marty need to get head bolts but baffled as to wat size either 11mm or 14mm have to see what my previous heads were and what the closed deck block is
