Default nackerd actuator?

hi all, ive recently posted about my problems with boost creep and spikes.

i am now thinking that the actuator isnt up to the job... its a standard non adjustable item.

ok my cars a uk turbo my00, just had fitted a td05 and remapped.
it boosted at 20psi when i had it but now has began to creep up uncontrollably and im worried itl damage it. i have tried various things...

the car runs best when connected to the boost controller but even worse when..

installed 2 diff pills 1mm and 1.2mm.
ran the turbo straight to actuator still overboosts.
manual boost controller wound right out to run lowest boost to test and still overboosts.

so do you think the actuators nackerd then and i need a stronger one to cope with holding the 20psi?? thanks.

miss out the boost controller and solanoid.

Run a line from turbo outlet to wastegate and monitor boost. if holds strong at 0.7 bar ish and doesnt climb or drop theres a chance its ok.
