Assuming you have a Classic(?), then the most popular is the NGK PFR6B (which I think is the OEM recommendation).
Or if running mods/upped boost, go for one grade colder, the ...7B.
I have 7Bs in my 384/349 STi 5 - working fine. No issues with misfires etc. (I also had them in my old 1993 WRX, mapped to 282/273).
OEM plug gap is 0.8mm. But most people go for 0.6-0.7mm, to prevent the boost blowing the spark out. Ergo, a common gap is 0.65mm (mine are gapped to this).

Those plugs you mentioned are a lot cheaper than the 50 quid required to replace the denso plugs. They not iridium? I don't want to put in something less than what it had before
