Default Engine change advice

I have sustained a bottom end failure on my forged early classic engine, looking to go for a stroker build this time, in the meantime i have bought a complete engine to drop in while mine is going to be done, this engine is from a 98 sti, mine is a 93, i thought i could just change the inlet manifolds over as i mine is mapped to run 740's and the new engine came with 440's, and run my inlet manifold and coilpacks on the new engine instead of the current top coil, using my loom etc, but inlet manifolds wont interchange, different bolt fixings, what would be the easiest way around this problems.
and will my coilpacks fit?

Can you change you heads onto the new block? Then the manifold will fit?

i think that will be my easiest option, without modifying the inlet manifold to fit the phase 2.
thanks
