how to remove rcm 3 bolt headers

Default how to remove rcm 3 bolt headers

i can not get to the top bolt on my rcm 3 bolt flange ,how do you do it cheers mike

It's a right PITA bud,if you bend the thin steel drop plate on the chassis up and out of the way a bit it can be done but it's almost easier to just the manifold off complete with uppipe attached mate

just take the whole manifold out with up pipe attached

+2 on removing the Manifold, even with a Helicopter spanner, and bending the mentioned plate it is difficult.

in the end I welded a Nut on one end so i only needed to use a single spanner, makes it easier.
