Default TPS sensor reading on WOT- 82%?

Was data logging the Simtek on my classic the other night, and with the throttle pinned, it was showing 82% TPS sensor.

I had expected 100%, but a search on here indicated that they frequently arent 100% on WOT, but Im stuffed if I can see an explanation why?!

Suggestions appreciated.

Cheers

Grant
