Default Difference between camshafts! Help needed!!

Hi guys,

Im looking for some help, i need a exhaust camshaft for my 96sti, it has the marking stamped on it L3EX, I've come across one on fleabay but is has the markings L4EX stamped on it.
Can anyone tell me the difference?? Is L4EX from a later car or does it has different lift, profiles etc??

Any help much appreciated.

Default Camshaft.

Small update, i now know that camshaft on fleabay is no good for my engine. I need the exhaust camshaft from a V2 sti type ra. They have the 2 grooves through the stamped L3EX. If anybody knows of where i can get hold of one i would appreciate it.

Thanks tim.
