Default clutch problem loosin patience

hi all just put brand new clutch kit in 2003 wrx and doing clutch fluid change the problem is that when the car is running/ticking over it wont let me put it in gear when i press the clutch as if the fork isnt being pressed far enough forward to fully release the flush bearing but if i put it in gear before i start the car with the clutch fully in it wants to go i know everything put in correctly as if i lift the clutch with my foot on the brake it stalls as it normally would. ive been bleeding and bleeding the clutch slave cylinder to no avail and am now at my wits end any help/ tips would be greatfully appreciated sorry for long thread

What flywheel did you put in and what is the make of the clutch?

fly wheel was fine so is standard clutch is a pink exedy

Are you bleeding the cylinder pointing upwards or in place?

as if you try to do it with it bolted in place you will always have air trapped.

If it gets better when you pump it up, it's almost certainly not properly bled.
If that doesn't improve the situation ask somebody to try and move the rod a little further when you have your foot on the clutch using a bar. If the arm is going full travel and it still won't go into gear, something is up with the clutch.
