Default Engine swap starting issues

Hi all,

We have swapped the knackered block from my 2001 wrx for a 98' block.
It's all in but we are not getting it to start. Fuel etc seems ok ... Are there any immobiliser issues that we would be having after having the battery out ? Or perhaps coil pack issues that are common after doing this sort of thing.

Thanks
Dan

hi did you remove the 98 crank pick up off and replace it with the 2001?
