How does it drive ? I would expect over 2 bar of boost would cause a fuel cut out making it drive really bad. If it's driving fine then maybe your gauge is playing up. Can you plug in a OBDII tool and read actual boost that the ECU sees via the MAP sensor.

Would that bring up a engine management light because at the mo the light isn't on?

Contact your mapper and ask a few questions. Do you know what max boost it was mapped at?

Is your car still running the standard map boost sensor or is it fitted with an uprated 3 bar map sensor? If it’s the standard sensor then 1.5bar over a long period of time may have been a little too much. Might be on the way out. Might be best to upgrade & remap.

Also, i'd trust what the Defi gauge says.

Not something I have looked into myself so can not advise where it is and how to check it sorry. Would suggest contacting Scoobyclinic, they might have a record of what was fitted when it was mapped and may have other suggestions of what might be wrong. Give em a ring.

I suspect the boost control pipes have come off or have a split.

Check turbo smal diameter pipes are all on and no splits

I found one that had perished that I think it went from the two port boost solenoid to the actuator So I sorted that put its still the same i think I need to buy a load of piping and just redo the lot I've ordered so 3mm what other sizes are there ?.

that should do it, there is a metal pill in the pipe between compressor cover and Tee piece, make sure it is not blocked and place it in new pipe
