Default Rough prise on full Miltek on WRX

Hello. I have a standard WRX hatchback and will be looking to get it remapped in the next few months.

Just wondered...what kind of price are you guys paying for a full miltek exhaust. Just had a quote approx 1700 + VAT. Is that about right? Any alternatives...I can't justify paying that price for getting the WRX to STI performance.

Excuse the spelling on the title!

The miltek sports cat are a clean fortune. You could try sourcing a different one and the rest miltek. My 3" miltet from turbo back with decat down pipe was £650 from roadrunner motorsport

How about a Scorpion exhaust, as per the Pro R Time Attack Hatchback (albeit theirs is side exit)...

Cheers guys, some good advice and links there. Has anybody simply take the cat off, induction kit added and a remap as a cheaper way to more power?

Hi, as far as I am aware you shouldn't need anything more than a remap to get near to a standard Sti performance. Just had my standard blobeye wrx remapped by Duncan at race dynamix, he reckons it would be around 260bhp so very close to a Sti with 265.
