Hello all...

Car failed m.o.t on emmissions

Does anyone know the cheapest place for a genuine lambda sensor??

import car parts or try just lambda for a bosch ls one as top quality and half the price.

world car parts is the best place for an oem denso lambda at a good price.

as long as you use a ngk,denso or bosch lambdas it makes no difference.i have just fitted afr gauge this afternoon and my lambda is buggererd so getting a bosch ls02 one from just lambdas for £54 delivered.

Just to update changed the lambda,took it back today and it sailed through.
Big thanks to matty at pole position for sorting out the part.

I was under the impression that you need a wideband lambda, is this not the case?

no mate standard lambdas in scoobies are zirconia narrow band ones the wide band ones are for afr gauges/eftermarket ecu's.

So for fitting a afr guage, I would need a wideband? Sorry if Im sounding stupid, just want to make sure I get the right lambda.

you can use either,wide band more accurate but i am just using standard narrow band one for my afr gauge as just want a general warning of if its lean or rich not the exact figures etc...
