as long as you use a ngk,denso or bosch lambdas it makes no difference.i have just fitted afr gauge this afternoon and my lambda is buggererd so getting a bosch ls02 one from just lambdas for £54 delivered.
Just to update changed the lambda,took it back today and it sailed through.

I was under the impression that you need a wideband lambda, is this not the case?
you can use either,wide band more accurate but i am just using standard narrow band one for my afr gauge as just want a general warning of if its lean or rich not the exact figures etc...
