Whistling noise from front wheel???

Hi peeps,

Just recently I've noticed a strange whistling sound coming from my front nearside wheel and it does'nt go away when you brake. My car is a 1998 JDM STi. Any ideas guys.

Is it only there when you are moving or also when you are stationary?

Does it continue when you leave the car, like when you are walking to the doctors or the library?

I used to get whispering coming from behind me.....but that seems to have stopped since taking Risperidone.
