I've bought the halfords High Performance 5.1 fluid, 2 litres was enough to get all the old stuff out and plenty of clean clear fluid came out of each caliper, the bottle I was draining it into looked clean enough after I'd emptied it once anyway! Can't comment on the performance yet but I've never had any problem with Halfords stuff and it is sold as high performance racing fluid so should be alright for the track!
