Default STI Intercooler Hose

Hi guys,

I have a 2005 STI intercooler which I am going to install on my 2006 Wrx. All looks okay however I've measured the red turbo out hose on the y-pipe and compared it to the WRX and as predicted, it's about half an inch shorter.

I could take the intercooler off and offer it up properly, trouble is I know one of the BOV bolts has munched the thread so I probably won't get the stock intercooler on again IF the STI doesn't fit.

So, I'm looking for a 90 hose that is about an inch longer to give me piece of mind. Chances are, once I get an jubilee clip on it, it'll be ok, however I want to have the backup just in case.

Anybody know what hose I need and how to search for a longer one?
Cheers,
Andy

There are plenty of 90deg hoses out there of the right dia. and longer but, on the STi at least, the hose also has an offset as well as the 90deg ie the inlet to the IC is at a different height to the outlet of the turbo.
