I not have the vehicle speed sensor runing and the boost is 10psi at top.
Maybe The vss cut the boost? Sti ra i think that have 15psi ?

As the ecu cannot see the speed sensor signal i am assuming that you have the check engine light and the ecu will be running in safe/limp mode, get the speed sensor sorted and your problem should go away.
