what is average for this? i have been quoted £475 all in, been told that the kit is over £200.

anyone recommend someone ideally in the south wales/west area.
i heard of a place ace motorsport south wales, any good?

You can but the kit yourself from import car parts its around £200.

its 2 / 3 hours labour . That's a £90 an hour labour charge which is a main dealer price a specialist should be less.
