Default problem to clear diagnóstic codes

1995 Sti ra . When i connect the green conectors sounds clicks relays and the fuel pump charge one time and return to charge some times. Like a electrical problem..
Any help?

To clear the codes I am sure u need to connect the green and the black, search clear Subaru codes u will find the correct procedure

Yeah. When i connect the greens the relays sounds a lot. I think that is bad signal

If u disconnect the the battery for a hour that should clear ur ecu I believe ...
