+1 for the above, although 330 bhp is the figure normally quoted,at 340 bhp you must be sailing quite close to the wind with no fpr whats the torque figures ?.

Hi guys

So by this I understand that the 440cc would be quite safe at 320bhp.

But what about the torque figures, can the yellows keep up with a set of 550cc pinks at the same bhp?

Or do I have to ask the tuner to keep the torque low?

Sorry for jumping in the thread like this.

440cc will be safe at 320 bhp,no need to keep torque figures low,as mapper will custom map your car for the mods fitted.

Well, that's good news.

On one side it's good to save the money of the pink injectors set, and on the other hand, it's a good way to avoid the temptation of raising the power one step closer to the gearbox limit.

Thanks for the reply.

V5 and V6 versions have yellow 440cc.

On the previous versions I believe that were installed 380cc as you say.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I thought V5/V6 and UK turbos 99/00 were the same.

I have a '99 Impreza GT, this should be the same as a UK turbo 99, right?

V5/6 are referred to as wrx/sti
99/00 are uk turbo models they are not the same cars as a V5/6 car will have 280 bhp,it's uk equivalent 99/00 will have 215 bhp .
