Default Forged build advise please???

Im just finishing my first forged ej20 build and wondering what head gasket thickness/oil pump/fuel pump to use. Spec is
New centre thrust crank
Acl race bearings
Eagle con rods
Mahle pistons
V3 sti heads
Garrett GT3086 also known as a GT3040r turbo
I've made me own twisted up pipe and am modifying my decat to suit
3" janspeed exhaust
Tubular headers
Manifold spacers
Massive itg filter
Arp head bolts
Fmic
uprated lateral 720cc modded injectors
Saving for 6 speed and good ecu but need advise on the engine build that will run low boost on original gearbox while running in.

Need advise on what thickness head gasket to use?? Looks like heads have been skimmed before as are perfect .
And what oil pump to go for?? 11/12mm with uprated relief valve.
aiming for 500 ish bhp for now then gonna build a stroker with stronger rods to use the turbo properly
Also what fuel pump will be good for this build?? Would prefer in tank but what's needed?
if there is anything else I've forgot I need then please point out
All help/advise us greatly appreciated.

Ps brakes and handling sorted

Hi there

At first those Eagle rods are not the best for 500bhp,i would rate them 400-450bhp as max,for 500bhp Manley or something similar should be OK for 550bhp,above 550bhp i would go with I beam rods

Thickness of HG depends on your CR(Compression ratio),from this i would go.
About the Oil pump i would say 11 should be OK,12mm you should be using when you will run AVCS,but still 11mm should be OK too for AVCS

ECU,only one option what i would recommend is Syvecs S6PnP

The fuel you use will dictate the CR you want to run, if using pump fuel then around 8.5:1 is about as high as you should go really, you need to cc your heads/pistons and calcualte from there. Ive built loads to this spec and if your heads are not skimmed that much 1.2mm gaskets will give you 8.4:1 approx.
Thats only a guide from my experience, you must cc the chambers!
Good luck.........Andy

Cheers
