thats a lot of power for the standard 2.5 engine...
sti would have had the 6speed but engine is still similar 2.5.... might be worth going for a smaller turbo and a replacement oe box and mapping it to sensible power level.
Its easy to get big power but for short time.

fit you spare box and map to 375 sensibly (would suggest anyone mapping it to 420bhp on standard engine might need their head read) and safely and enjoy.
sti has 6speed and styling extras but nothing else..
the 2litre sti are stronger engines for turning...

Scooby Clinic gear kit is 3k fitted. A six speed can be bought & fitted for less depends what you want. I got my six speed for £1450 but found it needed synchros which cost another £500, but I fitted it myself so still much less than the gear kit. Iv seen Early STIs with 6 speed & brembos for 5k but youd still need to go forged for big power.
