Default juddering

Hi I was driving along and all of a sudden my 2004 wrx started juddering at low speed and also putting my foot down on the clutch. after driving a few hundred yards it stopped and was back to normal. It has happened before for split second but not as bad as this. Any ideas please.

Thanks

do you know how many miles are on the clutch or how hard a life its had
could be its gettin low or standard clutch judder (more common on early bugeyes though)
dont know if later models suffer from it
if you know the clutch is good and not on its way out /or damaged
try the launch method or give it a couple of little slips while driving with 4-5 thousand revs
works on my bugeye but not sure about later models

Its only got 1500 miles since change of clutch and flywheel. It was upgraded to a exedy one. I havnt drivin it mad either i have taken the clutch easy, I will give the launch a try see if that gets rid of it.
What causes this to happen?
