Am on the lookout for a set of 650cc injectors for my Newage STI, and there seems to be two types - 'proper' aftermarket ones, and re-flowed OE WRX ones.

I assume the pros of the re-flowed ones are that they are an OE fitment, and the price.... but what are the cons? (if any)

Re-flowed ones if done properly are no problem, it's the DIY jobbies that you need to stay clear of.

Had a mental block but aren't the blue hawk 2.5 WRX / STi injectors about 650?

I stay well clear of modified stock injectors preferring to use decent quality new versions instead.
We've used these in all different sizes over the years and have been very happy with them.

Hi Gary

We are running them on our wagon at 490bhp on Syvecs and they're OK,but some mappers don't like mapping them on the OE ECU.

I would speak with your mapper and i would go with this
