Default Alarm problems - HELP!

Hi,

the alarm has decided to flip out!

I presses the thob to open the car, but instead the alarm started to sound.

I got in the car, made sure all doors were closed, entered the 4 digit security code on the emergency keypad, and nothing happened! Lights come on, but car wont start.

Whats the next step?

Once this is fixed, i'll get an aftermarket alarm fitted!
