JDM Gearbox parts - how difficult are they to source?

My Type R 'box has been stripped and I'm told needs a 3rd/4th hub & syncro.

Should these parts really need sourcing from Japan?

They.re standard parts that fit the equivalent UK / Euro car for model year etc. You should be able to get them from any dealer. Crossroads at Tredington are better than most in that regard. Talk to Kevin or until the end of the month Karl.
