Default Gearbox prob

So can anyone give me any good news here or is it likely to be bad, when on higher revving changing up into 5th and back down to 4th she is crunching, if driving steady it's fine.? Sometimes into 6th but not always.Can anyone shed any light on this please folks

Assuming the clutch is clearing ok and not draging, the first step would be to change the gearbox oil using a semi-synthetic 75/90

Try Redline lightweight shockproof oil change will show debris if any.

Thanks guys, assuming the worst what sort of money am I looking at for a rebuild?

Replacement synchro components. Hopefully the gears and bearings may be fine.
I mentioned semi-synthetic as a full synthetic may reduce the effectiveness of the synchro even more.
