Default Quiet Dump valve

Hi all, why is my hks ssqv so quiet, it only works when i give it the beans, is there another type that works better at low pressure rather than having to drive like 15 year old to get it to work, and yes i know they are chavvy so please no comments re 15 year old driver,

any advise greatly welcomed and thanks in advance

You can get inserts I believe that make them louder.

I think they are adjustable to some degree as SSQVs will dump to a certain degree even when not on boost. By dump – I mean you will hear some noise, this will change when on boost

the early ssqv i had had an adjuster on the back so you can set when its triggered, loud and proud or sneeky sneeky

You need a forge dump valve, had one on my classic, it was the right volume!!
