ive got a bugeye JDM sti with standard turbo,mate took me for a spin in his hawkeye and,...wow all i can say! the turbo spool up much sooner after finding out its a twin scroll i wanted to put one in the bug but looking into the work it would involve and cost i changed my mind

i am looking into getting the billet sc46 turbo as its a bolt on and was told it would have the same effect as a twin scroll with early spool all i am after is a turbo that could spool much sooner as the standard one about 3.5-4.k anyone have any suggestions? also would changing headers help?

The billet is the one to go for, it wont spool up like a twin scroll unit, but you will notice the difference (just note that even with a Billet, big turbo plus smaller displacement will still give you lag).
Its worth going for though
