what clutch for STI?

What clutch is best for standard blob sti for road use? Aztec Performace recommends this: http://www.superhids.co.uk/clutches-...i-judder-.html
... but I;ve been told by somebody else- only oem. Hmm can you help please? thanks Dan

Hi Dan,
That one I have given you a link for is OEM replacement. Drives just like a standard clutch. Sell 100s of them to very happy customers

as I bought couple bits of you. What about stage 1? What is different? Is it sense to buy stage 1 on standard car and fast road use?
