clutch realse bearing
hey guys hope i posted in the correct area
just taken my engine out my 1998 2000 turbo classic and have noted that the clutch realse bearing is lose wont come off but lose as this is my first subaru engine i have worked on i was wondering is this normal or is it the case i need a new bearing and possible new clutch
any help would be very much appriciated thank you

cheers mate it gives the the answer i needed, after atempting to take the engine out with a little force after not realising that the clutch realse pin needed to be out i was worried the clutch bearing might of gotten damaged (witch i will add soon as the pin was out the eninge pritty much fell out) but once the bearing is pushed back its stable its just when gently pulled towards me it goes all lose, so chances are i am very lucky and gotten it out with out any damage to the bearing.

ah yes the confused looks of what the hell is going on, i swear its lose oh hold on there is a hidden nut/ pin/ gasket to remove first lol, cheers mate well on my way to complete the engine
