Default No pops anymore.

Hi guys, I have just fitted a standard recirc valve to my Impreza as it was fitted with a Bailey dump valve before but this seems to have cut out all of the exhaust pops, I'm guessing this means the car is not running so rich?

It means the cars running as it should. And not putting un-burnt fuel into the exhaust which ignites and causes the Pop.

You can get them mapped in. Duncan Dynamix did my last one and was like having full Anti Lag.

You dont always have to have them mapped in, it can sometimes depend on your exhaust as well. mine pops with no effort at all in 4th,3rd,& 2nd just buy lifting off with an afterburner vortex.

No, of course not.

Apart from given you bore wash, leading to excess upper cylinder wear, possible valve burning, damage to any cats, dilution of your oil.....no damage at all, and well worth having, just for the noise as Charly said
