Default Power gains help please

Hi guys I am fairly new to scoobies but already feel like upping the power, I have a v4 sti and would like to know what power can it run safely, I have just picked up a new apexi filter, power fc, and front mount, what return can I expect on these mods, also what extra should I do? Just basics for the time being as will be forging later in the build. Will be mapped by a pro and running on 99 Ron. Any answers will be appreciated, cheers

Engine Tuner are near to you, pop along and see what they say, but probably around 300bhp, maybe a little more.

It should be a vf23 but a scooby mad friend of mines recons it's td05, what's the difference? and last dynno was 290 standard, boosting at .8 bar. Looking to run in the region till I decide what way forward I wanna go, normally a Nissan guy when I can stay away from v8 beemers
