Type R ecu advise.
Ok so my car is going in on Wednesday for a service and upgraded brakes all round, and I'm hoping to get either a remap or ecu in about a month.
The car was imported completely standard so I've done a cosworth panel filter and an afterburner/ninja 2 catback, and I've just ordered a decent fuel pump.
I'd like to get the car to around 320/330 bhp and a bit more torque,so I'm wondering which way to go with a remap.
I'm wondering whether to go for a remap or a simtec or an apexi ecu.
Which would be best in terms of reliability?
I want to try and keep the car mostly original but I'm always open to any other suggestions as well.
Danny.

Thanks for the replies,I think I'm gonna go the route that banny suggested.
The fact that he comes to you is great and not too expensive.
I can't wait to have it done now.
Thanks again guys.
