Default fuel filter replacement?

hi.

can anyone advise or have any info or pictures etc on the correct way to replace the fuel filter on a subaru wrx wagon classic 97 plate please>?
any procedure to follow and for restarting the car after?

This is for an STi but should still be the same.

thanks.

yes i have the black on in the lower picture fuel filter.

it looks ok to change it but what about the relief of pressure in the system before disconnection of the pipes from the fuel filter first? do you take the fuel pump fuse out and start car and wait til it dies thats the fuel pressure gone, or you just change it what? and after change restarting car any issues?

how do you relieve the fuel pressure in the system before changing the fuel filter please?

can anyone help me on this please?

do you take fuse out for fuel pump then let car stall, then change or?
