Default Are grade 6 spark plugs correct for my Turbo 2000

I have a UK Turbo 2000, standard 214 BHP. Is the grade 6
NGK Iridium Spark Plugs fine for my car?
A little research and it seems the higher grades are for engines running more power?
Is grade 6 standard for a standard car?

Thanks

NGK PFR6B is what you are looking. even tho they are pre-gapped, check/set the gaps to 0.65 before fitting

If you've got a decat, 7-B's are recommended.
