Default P1410 Code

I've a 2006 2.5WRX, the engine management light has recently started to come on, I've found that the code is P1410, which I understand is the Secondary Air Valve fault(?). Does anyone know were this / these are actually sited, and can they be freed off?

Subaru wanted to charge me £1600 to repair & change the system, Can be either of the 2 valves or the plastic ir pump at fault. Ended up taking the system off nd getting the codes mapped out instead!

Good luck.
