Default Silicone inlet, where from????

Hi guys as above for a 2004 uk sti engine however I need a silicone inlet that has no vacuum take offs and no hole for the recirc dumpvalve, anybody know if it's possible to get one and where from?

as above lateral or think rcm also do. Defo in 76mm anyway.
