WOW 130 is mega high fella,I sometimes have seen 30 which I consider to high, most of the time I don't get above 10.
MIND that said I do run a KS3 knocklink and I have never seen above 8 on that.

You must have ignition problems[ie to advanced or retarded] to have that much knock surely?

Who mapped it? Could even be a dodgy knock sensor.

Set as per the KS3 recommendations, a figure of 8 is telling you nothing! Set correctly, that would indicate a very ordinary, gentle driving background mechanical noise level. With the Hz set at 6 and gain at 10 I set my alarm to trigger at 45 but a sudden crack of det would see 85+ Operating the starter motor will see a reading in the 30's

When i had mine mapped at scooby clinic by Pat he said above 60 and there is something wrong, so i guess you better have that looked at chap otherwise it's going to be expensive, and i would take it easy in the mean time..

Highest I have seen is 25 on mine at full tilt, and my engine bay is proper noisy with the amount of stiffening going on. I am surprised yours is still running tidy after knocks of 130 !!!

Or it's telling me I don't have much engine noise and very little det as mine is running as per instructions also.
