When I am manouvering into my garage, or anywhere else for that matter, my engine sounds like it wants to stall and I hear some relays clicking under the dash, or what sounds like relays clicking under the dash.

The engine doesn't stall, but the revs drop quite low.

Any ideas?

Dccd model? - if so the diff may be locked up - either set it to free or lift the handbrake a little bit and the noises/load will stop as that causes the diff to go free.

 

Sorry My bad is a '95 Classic Turbo UK Model with standard diffs, sorry to have wasted your time so far

 

sounds like its just the power steering pump dragging the revs down, no idea about clicking though.

 

Sounds about right, check to see if you power steering belt is too tight, or your fluid is low or too old.....

 

Yeah I did think this other than the clicking which is weird.
