Vf23 turbo in a version 4 doubt
Hello, I have one subaru impreza 98' WRX (211ps) version 4. I want to change the TD04 stock turbo by one VF23, but I have spoken with Adam from scooby clinic and he said in my version 4 is not possible remap the ECU and he offer me other set up with another turbo.
I'm very confuse over, why not can be mapped the V4 ECU? What do I need to mount this turbo? Can I mount the VF23's car ECU?
Please I need to know.
Thank you

You can get an ESL board for your ecu but thats the only way it can be mapped, it costs around 550 pounds to do so, otherwise you need an after market ecu.

And then, by that thread, the only cause by we can't remmap the ECU is beacuse is a obsolete system ECU, isn't it?
