Track day oil recommendations

I am doing an oil and filter change tomorrow before a track day on Sat,

whats the recommendations for oil that is ideal for track use in a 93 WRX

10w50 fully synthetic should suffice.
Does your car have any other mods? (Brakes etc?) you may also want to change some of the other fluids too.

have changed all the other fluids with recommended apart from brake fluid which is 5.1.

Car is reasonably standard, have bought some 4 pot brakes

The only other recommendation is not to let the fuel drop below 1/2 a tank, and the brakes wont last with hard use either.

I ran 10w 40 at the nurburgring this year in a 300+bhp classic but have since changed to the new Mobil 10w60 as my engine has done nearly 90k.
