Question Best time of year for remap?

Hi,

Anyone know the best time of year for a reliable map? I know you'd get more power being mapped in the winter, but would this cause any issues with the "hot" summer weather?

Cheers,
Paul

lol

shouldnt be a concern with regards to time of year, although road mapping this time of year can be difficult from next month etc so tend to make sure a dyno is available at short notice if required or use the dyno anyway.

Occasionally it is necessary to adjust the boost control in winter if it is mapped in high temp (do we get that?) summer months etc.. but usually ecu compensation and mapper compension works fine.
