As some of you may know my injectors are being flow matched at lateral and will be there abouts 900cc .
My classic has been off the road for nearly a year now and soon the injectors will be fitted is it advisable not to start it as they havnt been mapped in and i dont want bore wash with to much fuel .

Would i be better waiting till duncan (race dynamix) has tweeked the flow before start up.

Any advice very welcome.

 

It'll deffo need mapping for the injectors before running, Closed Loop may get it to idle but i wouldn't want to try and find out.

 

Newage DENSO ECU would probably get it to idle and run light throttle off boost but that's about it......what ECU have you got?

i ran mine 50miles to andy forrest after fitting pink injectors to my blobeye but hated every mile of it incase something went wrong

 

Simtek ecu done alot of mods since last map changed to a vf48,fmic, full swirlpot parrallel fuel rails, bigger injectors, oil cooler,new exhaust .

The car is an outright track car no tax or mot so will be trailored to GR PERFORMANCE in rotherham early next year ,was just concerned .
