Can anyone help?

I drive a Subaru GX 2001 Wagon, i did a fast u-turn yesterday and the power fully cut out, i had nothing for bout 3 secs... can anyone tell me why????

could be fuel pump or fuel surge due to the high turn. How much petrol did you have.

i had a quarter of a tank. does that mean anything is wrong with the fuel pump?

More likely fuel surge, but NOT good for the car, it tries to run on air, which is running VERY lean, LOL, so can destroy the engine.

No more heroics on a nearly empty tank, for the car's sake.
